Looking for similar books to John Dies at the End

I love this book so much and would love something similar. Any help would be
appreciated.

Oh and if you wanna recommend the author's other books. Already read them.
Not bad but nothing like JDATE.

I haven't read any of his yet, but will give "John" a try and if something occurs to me after, I'll post back here.

I hope you like it vh. It's one of my favorite books. It explores loneliness on a
deep but comical level. It never gets too dark but is far from light hearted.

I found a book that explores similar themes as JDATE, if anybody cares. It's
called Horns by Joe Hill. It is a about a guy who wakes up one morning to two
nubs protruding/growing form his head. He now has the power to get people
to confess their deepest and darkest urges and secrets. Their is a subplot that
has to do with the rape and murder of an ex girlfriend, as well. Its dark,
fantastic and hilarious at times. Give it a read, if you are into JDATE.
